Munitech Precast manufactures high-quality Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) Pipes using advanced Vertical Vibrated Casting (VVC) Technology. Our RCC Pipes are manufactured in strict compliance with IS:458, ensuring superior structural integrity and long-term durability for critical infrastructure applications.
Available in NP2, NP3, and NP4 classes to suit varying load and depth conditions, our RCC Pipes range from 300mm to 2500mm internal diameter. Standard lengths of 2000mm, 2500mm, and 3000mm provide flexibility for diverse project requirements.
Standard dimensions and classes available for our RCC Pipes range.
Our RCC Pipes are manufactured using the Vertical Vibrated Casting (VVC) process. High-frequency vibration is applied vertically to compact the concrete inside precision-engineered steel moulds. This method eliminates air pockets and produces a denser, stronger concrete matrix compared to conventional gravity-casting techniques.
The VVC process allows for immediate demoulding - pipes are removed from moulds within hours, not days. Each pipe then undergoes a rigorous 14-day water curing regime to achieve full design strength and long-term durability as per IS:458 requirements.
RCC Pipes serve as the backbone of underground infrastructure across multiple sectors.
Reliable conveyance of potable water from treatment plants to distribution networks across urban and rural areas.
Efficient collection and transport of wastewater to treatment facilities with watertight, durable pipeline networks.
Managing surface water runoff in urban areas to prevent flooding and protect property and infrastructure.
Robust pipe culverts and drainage systems under highways designed to withstand heavy traffic loads.
Heavy-duty RCC pipes engineered for the demanding loads and conditions at railway level crossings.
Supporting agricultural development with durable pipe networks for water distribution across farmlands.
Every batch of RCC Pipes undergoes rigorous testing to meet IS:458 standards.
Pipes are tested under specified internal hydrostatic pressure to ensure watertightness and structural integrity.
Tests water absorption and seepage characteristics to confirm zero-porosity concrete quality.
Concrete cubes tested for compressive strength at 7 and 28 days to verify compliance with IS:458 requirements.
