Unlike conventional gravity-cast methods, Vertical Vibrated Casting (VVC) Technology uses high-frequency vibration applied vertically to compact concrete inside steel moulds. This process eliminates air pockets, reduces porosity, and produces a denser concrete matrix with superior strength characteristics.
The VVC process allows for immediate demoulding - products are removed from moulds within hours, not days. This drastically improves production efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality. Combined with our 14-day water curing regime, every Munitech product achieves full design strength and long-term durability.
